Brittany in the office is always friendly and extremely helpful. Chris in maintenance is quick to respond and even quicker to fix. We can't say enough positive things about the staff, especially when I hear about other area complexes being a less than positive experience. Myself and my teenager are happy here and my little pups love it. We spend our free time sitting outside chatting with our neighbors, hanging by the pool, going to the dog park, or just strolling up the street to grab a bite at one of the many cool spots within walking distance. To be in an area so close to everything in Charlotte, it's surprisingly quiet. Soon the new fitness center will be finished which is super exciting. They're always trying to improve around here We look forward to more years here at Summit

The newly renovated unit looks nice, though it is a bit rough around the edges. That's made negligible by the fantastic location, good price, and extremely friendly staff. Any maintenance concerns are also taken care of very quickly In addition, for the location right on a major road it's very quiet. I will note that the walls are a bit thin, especially the ceiling, but not to the point where I'm hearing neighbors' conversations. Just occasional times where I sometimes notice that I can hear a TV or heavy footsteps. Overall I'd definitely recommend the community I already have, in fact

The units around the pool area does not look as bad as the other areas of the property. Hopefully soon We will see some changes .

submitted by Beverly G. - |Recommended: YesOverall A Nice Place To Live ... — I moved in 4 months ago and overall it's a nice place. I like the location and the staff is amazing. However, unbeknownst to me the unit next door is being used as an Air BnB and every few days there's someone new and or a party. It's not a comfortable feeling not knowing who will be there and loud noise through the night. Ask who are your neighbors before moving in.
