|Recommended: YesMy Opinion — I like this apartment complex I just wish they would put a on site wash room or put washer and dryer in each unit as promised. It’s frustrating to walk to the laundry mat sometimes.

Thank you so much for leaving us a 5 star review. We are working on getting those washer and dryers installed but the process is taking longer than planned! We will have a couple one bedrooms with washers and dryers coming available in April and May, stop by the office or give me a call and we can discuss getting you transferred into one of those! |Recommended: YesGreat — Overall, I have enjoyed living in the complex. I have had very many maintenance issues since moving in, and my apartment was not clean when I got my keys. You can also clearly hear neighbors conversations and movements, but I have still enjoyed the apartments. Very cozy feel and polite and genuine staff.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place For Our Family — We love how friendly all the residents and staff are. This has felt like home since we took a tour of the available units. They have been super understanding with all this Covid 19 drama and once it’s done with I can’t wait to enjoy the pool that’s open year round normally but precautions had to be taken for social distancing. Huge shout out to Brandy and Sarah in the office for their essential work and to Leo the maintenance man he knows how to fix everything I only wish you accepted Section 8 so my mother could move here too.
