|Recommended: YesA Good Place To Build A Home. — It is a quiet and very maintained residence. The staff does their job with the best care and their customer service is attentive and prompt. The units are really pretty and the apartments are in a good location, with lots to do around you.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location- Average Apartment Complex — It's been an overall positive experience, but if I weren't receiving a discount on rent I'm not sure I'd feel the same. The complex definitely has some kinks to work out and needs a little more refinement before I could personally justify paying the full asking price.

|Recommended: NoCould Be Significantly Better For The Price — The grounds aren't great and the buildings are old. Even the renovated apartments aren't in the best condition due to sloppy work. The whole place doesn't smell great. Not the best quality for how much rent is. There also aren't any amenities.
However, the staff is great and super helpful
